Access To Health 

Access to Health Transport. This service is used so people can access medical and health appointments at GP surgeries, clinics, hospitals, dentists, opticians and chiropodists; basically any venue related to health. 
The service covers towns and villages within Erewash, Amber Valley and Ashbourne (depending on location). 
 
Derbyshire County Council provide funding for this service, which is offered at a subsidised rate; a free registration process is required and a booking fee is payable to use the this service. This is a door-to-door service, collecting and returning passengers to their home addresses and is available for use by anyone unable to access regular public transport services to get to and from their appointments.
